For the best results:
Clean and dry your natural nails thoroughly.
Gently push back your cuticles and lightly buff the nail surface.
Select the correct size for each nail.
Apply the nail using the provided adhesive.
Press firmly for a few seconds, Press with cuticle pusher & secure it.
Wear & Reuse
With proper application and care, Kyoto Nails can provide a long-lasting manicure. Our press-on nails are designed to be reusable when carefully removed and maintained.
Wear time can vary depending on application, nail preparation, daily activities and the adhesive used.
Care Tips
Avoid prolonged exposure to water immediately after application. Be gentle with your nails and avoid using them as tools to open, scratch or pry objects.
Store removed nails safely if you plan to reuse them.

Return & Refund Policy
At Kyoto Nails, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the personal-use nature of our press-on nails, we do not accept returns.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the following situations:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong product or design.
An item is missing from your order.
The product received is significantly different from what was shown or described on our website.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
Kyoto Wallet
For eligible approved refunds, the refund amount will be issued as Kyoto Wallet credit instead of being returned to the original payment method.
Kyoto Wallet credit can be used toward a future Kyoto Nails purchase.
Exchange Conditions
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept exchanges for products that have been worn, applied, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Exchanges are not available for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please contact us and receive approval before sending any product back.
Exchange Shipping
If the exchange is required because of an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product, Kyoto Nails will cover the applicable shipping costs.
For other approved exchanges, shipping charges may apply.
