At Kyoto Nails, we want you to love your press-ons. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can help.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened sets in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
